Students who graduate from LCA will be prepared to become, not merely reflectors, but society’s influencers of character

Lael Christian Academy holds the following values:
- Lael Identity: LCA values following a practical life of being separate from the world, for we belong to God and must therefore, serve Him only
- Faith: LCA esteems a strong belief in the existence of God, and in Jesus Christ as God’s only begotten Son and the only Redeemer of mankind. Faith in Jesus and the diligent seeking of a personal relationship with Him is the foundation for developing a healthy Christian life
- A divine-human partnership: LCA embraces the understanding that the school exists to be a powerful platform dedicated to partnering with God who works through human instrumentalities to help each student reach God’s ideal for his or her life
- No-limit mindset: There is no limit to what God can do through LCA which is separated from the rest for His use; for all things are possible with Him, and we can excel in all things through Christs Jesus who strengthens us
- Integrity: LCA advocates doing all things with the highest level of integrity among leaders, teachers, volunteers, and students, for we do all as to God, not to man

The goal of Lael Christian Academy is to provide students with a balanced, high-quality education that embraces both superior academic performance as well as responsiveness to God’s higher calling upon their lives. To achieve this goal, LCA will:
- Provide a conducive environment that encourages students to reach both academic excellence and spiritual development
- Ensure the school leadership, teachers, volunteers, and students embrace and implement LCA’s Mission by way of its Pillars of Emphasis and its Values
- Provide students with tools for success including ensuring they have the necessary instructional materials, and teachers are available to provide the guidance and assistance students need
- Impart a thorough knowledge of the Bible as the inspired Word of God, through practical modeling by leaders, teachers, and volunteers; through chapel services, and scripture memorization by the students, to guide them toward obedience to the Word of God and its principles. Students who attend LCA are expected to attend church every week, and are strongly encouraged to be actively involved in various ministries of the church
- All teachers and students are well trained to competently utilize the A.C.E. curriculum
- Encourage students to think critically, independently, and creatively; teachers will assume the facilitator role while allowing the students to take ownership of their learning
- Every student maintains his or her academic goal, and passes each PACE with at least an 80% score. The school aims at 100% student pass rate
- All students’ report cards are produced every quarter as set forth on the school calendar
- Parents are kept informed about their child(ren)’s academic progress through quarterly report cards, and are notified in a timely manner of any noted areas of concern through parent teacher conference
